Novation of Management Agreement                        


The Company announces that with effect from 1 January 2014 the Investment
Manager of the Company will change from Miton Capital Partners Limited to Miton
Asset Management Limited. Miton Capital Partners Limited and Miton Asset
Management Limited are both 100% beneficially owned subsidiaries of Miton Group
plc. Miton Asset Management Limited has been appointed on the same commercial
terms, including as to fees, and there will be no change in the personnel
responsible for managing the portfolio of the Company.
