The Company has declared a first interim dividend in respect of the financial period ending 31 May 2016 of 0.65 pence per ordinary share, payable on 29 February 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 29 December 2015. The ex-dividend date will be 24 December 2015.
The Board intends to rebalance the dividend payments in the year ahead to four more equal payments.
