The Diverse Income Trust plc
(the "Company")
The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the
financial year ending 31 May 2015 of 0.5 pence per ordinary share, payable on
27 February 2015 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 December 2014.
The ex-dividend date will be 29 December 2014.
