Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust plc                          

                                (the "Company")                                

The Company has declared a first interim dividend of 0.4p per ordinary share,
which compares with 0.3p last year, to bring it more into balance with the
second and third interim dividends, which were 0.5p last year.    

The ex-dividend date will be 24 September 2014 and the dividend will be payable
on 28 November 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 26 September 2014.
