The Diverse Income Trust plc
(the "Company")
The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the
financial year ending 31 May 2014 of 0.5 pence per ordinary share, payable on
28 February 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 27 December 2013.
The ex-dividend date will be 23 December 2013.
