Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust plc                          

                                (the "Company")                                

The Company has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the
current financial year of 0.3 pence per ordinary share, payable on 29 November
2013 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 27 September 2013. The
ex-dividend date will be 25 September 2013.
