The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 31 May 2013 of 0.5 pence per ordinary share, payable on
28 February 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 28 December 2012.
The ex-dividend date will be 24 December 2012.
