Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust PLC                          

                                (the "Company")                                



The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 31 May 2012 of 0.5 pence per ordinary share, payable on
29 February 2011 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 December 2011.
The ex-dividend date will be 28 December 2011.

The Company remains on course to achieve its target annualised yield of 4% set
out in the Prospectus.
