Dividend Declaration

The Diverse Income Trust plc                          

                                (the "Company")                                

The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 31 May 2012 of 0.46 pence per ordinary share, payable
on 31 May 2012 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 March 2012. The
ex-dividend date will be 28 March 2012.

The Company remains on course to achieve its target annualised yield of 4% set
out in the Prospectus.
