THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has today been informed that following the conversion of 123,988 C shares
into ordinary shares on 8 October 2014, Tom Bartlam, a non-executive Director
of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 149,221
ordinary shares (representing 0.04% of the issued ordinary shares).
