The Company has been informed that following the conversion of 47,361 C shares
into ordinary shares on 8 October 2014, Jane Tufnell, a non-executive Director
of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 171,595
ordinary shares (representing 0.04% of the issued ordinary shares).
