The Company has been informed that following the conversion of 27,589 C shares
into ordinary shares on 8 October 2014, Lucinda Riches, a non-executive
Director of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of
99,959 ordinary shares (representing 0.03% of the issued ordinary shares).
