The Company has been informed that following the conversion of 66,666 C shares
into ordinary shares on 8 October 2014, Michael Wrobel, Chairman of The Diverse
Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 251,539 ordinary shares
(representing 0.07% of the issued ordinary shares).
