THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has today been informed that, following the issue of C shares on
26 June 2014 at 50 pence per C share, Jane Tufnell, a non-executive Director
of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 142,085
ordinary shares and 47,361 C shares (representing 0.04% of the total voting rights).
