THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that following the merger with Miton Income
Opportunities Trust plc ("MIOT") and the conversion of his MIOT shares on
1 October 2013, Tom Bartlam, a non-executive Director of The Diverse Income Trust
plc has an interest in 71,965 ordinary shares (representing 0.02% of the issued
ordinary shares).
