THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that following the issue of C shares on
17 December 2012, Jane Tufnell, a non-executive Director of The Diverse Income
Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 100,000 ordinary shares and 50,000 C
shares (representing 0.07% of the total voting rights).
