THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that following the issue of C shares on
17 December 2012, Paul Craig, a non-executive Director of The Diverse Income
Trust plc, now has a beneficial interest in 30,000 ordinary shares and 15,000 C
shares (representing 0.02% of the total voting rights).
