THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that following the issue of C shares on
17 December 2012, Lucinda Riches, a non-executive Director of The Diverse
Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of 58,254 ordinary shares and
29,127 C shares (representing 0.04% of the total voting rights).
