THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC (the "Company")

The Company announces that Mr Michael Wrobel, a non-executive Director and
Chairman of the Company, purchased 88,731 ordinary shares at a price of 79.3p
each on 5 November 2013.

As a result of this transaction Mr Michael Wrobel has an interest in 200,000
ordinary shares representing 0.06% of the issued ordinary shares.
