The Company has been informed that following the conversion of 15,000 C
shares into ordinary shares on 26 March 2013, Paul Craig, a non-executive
Director of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of
42,625 ordinary shares (representing 0.02% of the issued ordinary shares).
