The Company has been informed that following the conversion of her 50,000 C
shares into ordinary shares on 26 March 2013, Jane Tufnell, a non-executive
Director of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of
142,085 ordinary shares (representing 0.07% of the issued ordinary shares).
