The Company has been informed that following the conversion of his 29,000
C shares into 27,312 ordinary shares on 2 October 2012, Michael Wrobel,
Chairman of The Diverse Income Trust plc, is now interested in a total of
78,312 ordinary shares (representing 0.05% of the issued ordinary shares).
