The Company has been notified that Jane Tufnell, a Director of the Company,
subscribed for 100,000 Ordinary 0.1p shares at the price of 50 pence per share
under the Offer for Subscription dated 7 April 2011.
Following this transaction, Jane Tufnell is interested in a total of 100,000
Ordinary 0.1p Shares (representing 0.1% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
