The Company has been notified that Michael Wrobel, Chairman of the Company,
subscribed for 21,360 Ordinary 0.1p shares at the price of 50 pence per share
under the Offer for Subscription dated 7 April 2011.

Following this transaction, Michael Wrobel is interested in a total of 23,160
Ordinary 0.1p Shares (representing 0.02% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
