THE DIVERSE INCOME TRUST PLC

The Company has been informed that Michael Wrobel, Chairman of The Diverse
Income Trust plc, today purchased 29,640 Ordinary shares of the Company at a
price of 50.66 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Michael Wrobel is interested in a total of 51,000
Ordinary 0.1p Shares (representing 0.05% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
