The Company has been informed that Lucinda Riches, a Director of The Diverse
Income Trust plc, today purchased 30,000 Ordinary shares of the Company at a
price of 50.66 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Lucinda Riches is interested in a total of 30,000
Ordinary 0.1p Shares (representing 0.03% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
