AMERICAPITAL PLC: withdrawal of previous management accounts found on GXG website

The Directors of Americapital PLC (GXG ACL:G4) ("the company") wishes to
announce today that its annual financial accounts is ready for imminent release
and expects to lodge them with Companies House and the market on the 30th of
September 2013.

As a result of this, its current set of management accounts on the GXGmarkets
exchange website is no longer valid and as such is withdrawn from viewing. It
is expected to be replaced by the annual financial accounts mentioned above.

The Directors take responsibility for this statement.
