Re Agreement

Embargoed: 0700hrs, 9 December 2004 Delling Group Plc ('Delling' or the 'Group') Re. Agreement With Leading Telecom Supplier Delling Group Plc, the marketing support services company, is delighted to announce that, further to the establishment of its partnership with Briscan AB in the new iTag TM technology, it has entered into an agreement with Ericsson, the world's leading telecom infrastructure provider. Ericsson, through its Ericsson IPX organisation, has agreed to support a six month trial of the technology concept and will act as a `gateway' between the content and the major mobile phone operators in Scandinavia. The Group will be using plasma screens and advertising boards to interact with consumers, who can take a picture of the advertisement with their mobile phones. Briscan's technology will receive the picture message and detect within it a code that indicates campaign details. Briscan will then reply by SMS, MMS or voice to the consumer on behalf of the brand, as e.g. start of a potential automated dialogue communication. With the support of Ericsson, Delling Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary Butler Systems, offering digital motion media solutions, will shortly be establishing pilot projects with the general public in Scandinavia. The Group will be using plasma screens and traditional outdoor and in store print. Delling Group's Chief Operating Officer, Geir Lolleng, commented, 'We have extremely high hopes for this technology and are delighted that Ericsson, the most powerful telecom infrastructure provider in the world, is providing its technology solutions. Delling has proved not only that it is able to attract exciting new technology like the iTAG TM, for which we share the patent, but also that it can attract a major technology enabler to take it to the next level. I look forward to reporting results of the pilot projects in 2005.'
