ENTRY TO UK REIT REGIME

Further to the announcement on 19 December 2014, F&C UK Real Estate
Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that notice was served to HM
Revenue & Customs in December 2014 of the Company's entry into the UK REIT
regime with effect from 1 January 2015.

The Company also announces that following the Company's entry into the UK REIT 
regime Mr Christopher Sherwell and Mr Graham Harrison have retired from the 
Board with effect from 31 December 2014.
