18,760 ordinary shares at 96.5p representing 0.008% of the Company’s issued share capital.  The shares are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings.

Mr Ross is the beneficial holder of a total of 120,000 ordinary shares representing 0.050% of the Company’s issued share capital.
