PEORIA, Ill., Aug. 1, 2014 -- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT / NYSE Euronext: CATR)  informs its stockholders that 
today, Caterpillar's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended 30 June 2014 has been filed with the 
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").  The Form 10-Q filed in respect of Caterpillar can be found 
on the SEC Internet site (www.sec.gov).
