The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, a director and principal
shareholder of Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited ("Crystal
Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company, and a
member of Crystal Amber Advisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to the
Company, yesterday sold a total of 763,000 ordinary shares in the issued share
capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 1.27 per cent. of
the voting share capital of the Company. The shares were sold at a price of 91p
per share and were purchased by Crystal Amber Asset Management.

Following the sale, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 780,000 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 1.30 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. The
purchase by Crystal Amber Asset Management represents its entire holding in the
Company.
