                            Disclosure of Dealings                             

The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, who is a director of Crystal
Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited, investment manager to the Company,
and is also a member of Crystal Amber Advisers (UK) LLP, investment adviser to
the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of
the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on Friday 18 June 2010, The shares were
purchased at a price of 105p per share and represent 0.08 per cent. of the
voting share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 650,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 1.08 per cent. of the voting share capital of the
Company.
