                       Change of Board Responsibilities                        

The Company announces that Mr William Collins, the Chairman of the Company, is
to be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee with immediate
effect. Mr Huntley will cease to be a member of the Audit Committee with
immediate effect.

The Company further announces that Mrs Sarah Evans, a Non-Executive Director of
the Company, is to be appointed as the Senior Independent Director of the
Company with immediate effect.
