Further to the announcement made on 3 April 2007, the Company announces that it
has been notified that, following the issue of 4,075,576 ordinary shares
arising from the earnout of Blue Curve, equivalent to 8.94 per cent of the
total voting rights of Corero, Mark Robertson now holds 4,891,484 ordinary
shares, equivalent to 10.73 per cent. of the total voting rights of the
Company.
