Director/PDMR Shareholding

                           Director's shareholdings                            

The Company has been notified that Ian Selby, chief financial officer of the
Company, has today purchased 75,000 ordinary shares at 17p each, equivalent to
0.20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Selby is now
beneficially interested in 266,553 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.72 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
