                                 Result of AGM                                 

Conroy announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company, held
earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, which included a resolution to
approve the change of name of the Company to `Conroy Gold and Natural Resources
plc'. A subsequent announcement will be released as and when the change takes
effect.
