                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company announces that earlier today David Wathen, a non-executive director
of the Company, purchased 136,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Conroy
("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.1 per cent. of the voting share capital of
the Company, at a price of 4.945 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr
Wathen now holds a total of 223,500 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.16 per
cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
