Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company")

Directorate Share Purchase.

The Company was notified today of an additional purchase of shares by Michael
Collins, Chairman.

Mr Collins has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the company at 34 pence per
share on behalf of his Self Invested Personal Pension.

The transaction took place yesterday.
