Directorate Share Dealings.

The Company has today been notified of changes to two directors' shareholdings:

Michael Collins has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 36.5 pence per share on
behalf of his Self Invested Personal Pension and David Evans-Hughes has sold a
total of 150,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 33.6 pence per share.

Both transactions took place yesterday.
