                          Change of Corporate Adviser                          

The Directors of China CDM Exchange Centre Limited ("CCEC" or "the Company")
wish to announce the termination of the Corporate Adviser Agreement with
Capital Partners Group Limited and the appointment of Alfred Henry Corporate
Finance Limited ("AHCF") to act as its new Corporate Adviser according to an
agreement entered into by and between CCEC and AHCF on 12 January 2011 and
which comes into force immediately.

13 January 2011

The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this
