Sale of Properties

Embargoed Release: 07:00hrs 3 April 2008 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF TWO CENTRAL LONDON OFFICES BUILDINGS FOR £11.75 M The Board of CLS is pleased to announce the sale of Conoco House, 200 Great Dover Street, SE1 and Satellite House, 17 Corsham Street, London N1 for a total aggregate consideration of £11.75 million. At Conoco House, CLS has sold its long leasehold interest of this 3,377 sq m (36,345 sq ft) office building which has approximately 53 years unexpired. The price paid by Helical Bar of £8.775 million represents a yield of approximately 7.7% of the net income of £717,700 p.a. CLS acquired the property in 2001 for £ 5.1million. The entire building is let to Conoco Philips Limited by way of a lease expiring in June 2011. Ingelby Trice Kennard and Kingley & Partners acted for CLS, Helical Bar was unrepresented. Satellite House has been sold for £2.975 million to local property owner Jannick Limited. This 1,450 sq m (15,600 sq ft) freehold office building is let to Satellite Information Services Limited on a lease expiring in September 2013. The sale represents a net initial yield of 6.7%. CLS acquired the property in 1996 at £2.134 million. Allsop & Co acted on behalf of CLS whilst Jannick was unrepresented.
