   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial    
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person                  

The Company received notification on 4 December 2009 that the Sten Mortstedt
family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of
the Company, purchased 5,438 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 455 pence and 452.5 pence (an average
price of 454.66 pence) per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary
Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust,
is 25,410,450 Ordinary Shares (52.91%).
