   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial    
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person                  

The Company received notification on 30 March 2009 that on 27 March 2009 the
Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt,
Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 8,909 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 225 pence per Ordinary Share. Therefore the
Trust's interest in the Company following this transaction is 24,098,811
Ordinary Shares (50.18%).
