Board and Company Secretary Changes

24 November 2009 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS", the "Company") BOARD AND COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGES CLS Holdings plc announces the following changes to the Company's Board of Directors and Company Secretary: Following his appointment to the senior management team on 1 October 2009, John Whiteley, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, is to be appointed to the Board of the Company with immediate effect. John was Finance Director of Great Portland Estates Plc for ten years and more recently was Finance Officer for Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate. Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), the Company reports that John Whiteley was a director of Great Portland Estates plc until 31 July 2005. There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 and he does not have any beneficial interest in CLS's ordinary shares. Thomas Lundqvist, Non-Executive Director, is to become Vice Chairman with immediate effect in place of Tom Thomson, who will remain a Non-Executive Director. Mr Lundqvist chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. David Fuller, FCIS, is to be appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect. David is a Chartered Secretary with over ten years' experience, and has held senior company secretarial positions within the Financial Services Authority and a number of listed companies.
