                              Exercise of Options                              

The Directors of Copper Resources Corp ("CRC") announce that options over
50,000 common shares in the company have been exercised, and were issued today
at an option price of US$1.00 per share.  Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for these common shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
on 21 March 2007.
