                              Exercise of Options                              

The Directors of Copper Resources Corp ("CRC") announce that options over
50,000 common shares in the company have been exercised at an option price of
US$1.00 per share. 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these common shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 July 2007.
