Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the
Company notifies the market of the following:

The issued share capital consists of 114,848,651 ordinary shares of 5p each
with voting rights. The company also now holds 199,011 ordinary 5p shares in
treasury.

The above figure of 114,848,651 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
