DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The company was notified on 27th June by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Group
Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Allianz AG, that Allianz AG and its
subsidiaries now hold a notifiable interest in 16,706,667 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company, representing 15.98% of the total shares in issue. Included
in this holding is the interest of Veer Palthe Voute NV which is interested in
16,679,641 shares representing 15.948% of the shares in issue.
