DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The Company was notified on 9 th June 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited ('MSSL'), and the group companies which are direct or indirect holding
companies of MSSL, now hold 3,260,640 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
representing 3.12% of the total shares in issue.
MSSL is a member of the Morgan Stanley group of companies.
